Story by Kranz & Ziegler LE Spring/Summer 2013 Collection

story-by-kranz-ziegler-spring-summer-2013-limited-editionIt was during last year’s Spring/Summer 2013 Collection that Story by Kranz & Ziegler came out with their limited edition pieces, so I’m quite tardy in showcasing them!  I’ve always adored this collection and while we’re waiting for their new release in the fall, I thought I’d feature this set.  This brand has exquisite leather, snakeskin, and gemstone bracelets that are some of the best on the market.  Their charms stay in place and are beautifully designed highlighting their edgy yet elegant aesthetic.

Most of their jewelry comes in 3 finishes on sterling silver: high polished silver, oxidized, and gold-plated; however, the limited edition collection only came out in silver and gold.  There are also complementary earrings and pendants in the floral designs, but for this review I wanted to focus on the beads.  For reference, Story by Kranz & Ziegler don’t really name their charms so it can be a bit confusing .  The designs here include flowers, leaves, and three colors of crystals.

I immediately fell in love with the flowers and leaves buttons because I prefer nature motifs and also because they’ve got an oriental flare that speaks to me. I picked the silver finish because I have more in silver than gold, and the leaves button is brushed metal compared to the shiny silver of the flowers. I like the charm pendants with the disk style but I prefer the buttons as they look great on the bracelet. These are so distinctive and unlike the other designs Story has in their catalog, and their limited status only adds to their specialness.

Story by Kranz & Ziegler charms are only compatible on their own bracelets. While these limited edition were released last year, the flower and leaves charms are still available on the Story by Kranz & Ziegler official store, based out of Denmark.  Do you like this bracelet style?
