*redbalifrog* is back this season with a wonderful collection called Vintage Christmas! This release includes 7 new charms: Angel Bright, Dove of Peace, Icy the Snowman, Snowflake Stoppers, and the long-awaited conclusion to the 12 Days of Christmas ornaments – 10th Day, 11th Day, and 12th Day. These feature the amazing detail that Amanda has been known for and complements her previous holiday collections perfectly.
My favorite from the release is undoubtedly the Dove of Peace. It has elaborate flourishes all over its body and is an absolutely beautiful rendition of the symbol for peace. The Angel Bright and Icy the Snowman are classic motifs for Christmas and again has fantastic details on the front and back. They’re larger charms but the core is higher so the center of gravity should make sure it stays upright. I’m glad to see more decorative stoppers, and the Snowflake stopper is on point for this season. It can only fit on threadless chains, not Pandora though.
Lastly, I’m so excited to see the conclusion of the 12 Days of Christmas ornaments! The last set includes 10th Day, 11th Day, and 12th Day, and of course they correspond to ten Lords a-Leaping, eleven Pipers Piping, and twelve Drummers Drumming. The ornaments are teardrop shaped and feature an image of the lyric on one side and engraved with the day on the back. I love that this set is now completed and also that they have different shapes so that each trio can be distinguished from one another.
