Persona India Wanderlust Collection

Persona-IndiaCollectionPersona’s Fall 2014 Wanderlust release has been their best one yet and it features 3 distinct themes: Asia, India, and Africa.  After having traveled through Asia and a few of my favorites from that set, today I turn to the South Asian continent of India.  This set includes some of the most colorful pieces in the Wanderlust collections.  In contrast, my favorites from this set are actually the silver charms so this review will focus on the Taj Mahal, Om, and the Tribal Elephant.

These are rather substantial charms, especially the Taj Mahal and Tribal Elephant.  The palace is very wide and has fantastic detail from the domed roofs to the arched windowsills, this piece is perfect for anyone who has traveled to India and looking for a memento.  The Tribal Elephant is an ornate take on the sacred animal and features a quilted pattern all over the elephant.  Om has a lot of flourishes which surrounds the ॐ symbol and makes it a bit more elaborate than other versions of this design.

This brand has large diameter cores which fit all bracelet styles including Pandora.  They can be purchased online at Persona World or at major jewelers, like Zales and Gordon’s Jewelers.  I adore landmark charms so these collections are right up my alley, do you like to mark your vacations with a souvenir?

That elephant is fabulous! I actually rode an elephant in India, so will put this on my wish list. I hope to start a new travel bracelet in the spring. Thanks for showing these!
