Pandora Winter 2016 Collection Release

pandora-winter-2016-cover2Pandora is introducing their Winter 2016 Collection today!  I can’t believe how quickly the year has gone by and we’re already heading into the holiday season.  This release is called Celestial Tales and it’s definitely reflected in the charms’ motifs.  The primary themes are the night sky, frost, and Christmas.  For a full preview of the collection, check out Pandora Winter 2016 Comprehensive Sneak Peek.

There’s a lot of blue in this set which is typical for their winter launch.  I absolutely adore the celestial charms, especially the Night Sky dangle, charm, and glass bead.  The holiday designs are also so fun, and I’m excited to add them to my Christmas bracelet.  Here are some live shots of the pieces and I can’t wait to see them in person.

There are two gift sets available with this release and they will be sold through Christmas.  The first is called the Elegance Bracelet Gift Set and includes the exclusive Vintage Allure charm, two clear pavé silicone clips, and the smooth bracelet.  The other is called the Vintage Allure Gift Set and has the necklace and earrings of the same name.  Each comes in its own special packaging which is shown here.

Lastly, the Pandora Disney Winter 2016 Collection also debuted today, including the regular line and the Parks exclusive pieces.  There are only 3 new designs in the main collection, but the Sparkling Icon is a limited edition (it also comes in its own special box).  The only one I didn’t see on the Disney Store online site is the 2017 charm but all the others are available now.  Check out Pandora Disney Parks Exclusive Winter 2016 for a full look.

Are you excited for this release?  Which theme is your favorite?

While I do like some of these, mainly the murano and santas workshop. I dislike the “chunkier” charms. The move towards this style really disappoints me. These beads were always a little chunky, after all, beads are kinda chunky. But I feel like the smaller shapes were more refined. These new ones, so big, covered in crystals… They’re really causing me to distance myself from so many of the new collections.
