My Pandora Ring Collection

pandora-rings-stackBy popular demand, in this Charms Addict video I introduce my Pandora ring collection which I’ve been buying for the past two years.  A few fun facts about rings and how I like to style my stack is discussed in this episode, and I also show off a few of my favorite designs as well.  For jewelry, rings were my very first obsession before I started with Pandora and I love that the modular concept is carried through to their other lines.  Do you have any Pandora rings?  How do you like to wear your stack?  Feel free to share your photos in the comments!

  • Pandoortje

That all looks so stunning! I have only got two rings, I don’t think I can stack them with others but I do love them. But your collection is what I can only dream about…:)

    • Leann

Thank you! I love the rings too but it’s hard to keep up with the charms and all the other jewelry ;).

  • Laura

I love Pandora rings and have a few but I’m very limited in my choices as my ring size is a 3, and a lot of their rings are not styled so that they can be resized =( I wish Pandora was able to make rings in your own sizes and I wouldn’t mind paying a fee for that! Wishful thinking.

    • Leann

Oh wow, that is a small size! I know the stores around me are always asking for smaller sizes because there’s so many Asian girls here. They are pretty limited :/.

  • Dani Buttons

I’m ready to start buying rings next! Seriously why do they make everything so cute? I want it all!

    • Leann

I know, right? My downfall, lol.

  • koolchicken

I’m going to let you in on a secret. I have long thin hands, I actually get compliments on them all the time (it’s really, really weird IMO). And I find more than 3 or 4 uncomfortable. Now I’ve known some women who had short and chubby fingers who could wear half a dozen. A lot of it is what you’re used to and the women I know built up to that many over the years. So those promo shots are just that. Pretty photos and not real life. 6 or seven rings on a probably photoshopped hand is not comfortable.

That aside, you have a stunning collection. I only have a few and have debated expanding. I think you may have swayed me…(:

    • Leann

Haha, thank you for making me feel better! I always see their models with tons of rings on and wonder how they can wear that many. I had the same problem with my fingers when I played piano as I kept wishing they were longer and more elegant.

Thank you! I do love their rings, sadly for my wallet ;).

      • koolchicken

No problem! I’ve seen those images before and all I could think was “Oh come on, they’ll photoshop anything now!”

I just threw on every Pandora ring I own, 5 in total. My finger is a size 6 and my hand measures 7″ long from the crease where my hand meets my wrist to my longest finger (please forgive my raggedy nails, the polish peeled off for some reason).

As you can see the rings fit. I could probably even add one more. But it would not be comfortable. As it is five feels like way too much on my crazy long fingers. Bending is awkward.

And long fingers aren’t all their cracked up to be. Finding gloves that fit right is tough! 😉

      • Leann

Wow, jealous here! 😉 If you went up a size on the rings, you’d be able to put on more. My fingers swell a lot when I wear more than a couple rings.

I think I have a shorter pinky than normal so I feel you on finding gloves that fit ;).

Hi Leann, What a great video! It is good to see all the rings up close and also see the various combinations. I only have 2 Pandora rings to date. The first I purchased last year was the larger “Cherry Blossom Bouquet” (like the one you have in the video). This was my first ever Pandora ring and looks so gorgeous on. I love the delicate flowers, small pearls and the pale color tone in this ring. It is quite comfortable and has quite a low profile for a larger focal ring. My second ring I received last Christmas. This ring is the “Silver ring with Blue Topaz”. I love this ring. The stone color and setting is just gorgeous as is the band style. I hadn’t thought to stack it but now after seeing your video, stacking could work really well with this ring. I might have a few more rings on my radar now…

    • Leann

Thank you! I’m so glad it’s useful :). I think I’ve outgrown the Cherry Blossom Bouquet a bit, lol. I need to see if my store will let me exchange it for a bigger size. It seems like I need to go a size up for the bigger rings. Oh, your topaz ring will be perfect with stacking! Just add a few silver ones for a whole different look :).

Hello dear Leann, love your blogs and
your passion for charms! I recently started collecting pandora charms, my new
obsession. I live in Shanghai, we do have pandora shop here, I sometimes buy
them from the US, because of the tax issues, some charms are much more pricy
here and we don’t have many limited edition with nice box etc… Anyway, I got
a lobster clasp bracelet a month ago, it was great, I have small wrist, so I
got a 17cm. Today, I received a new bracelet with the original clasp also 17cm
along with 2 clips and a heart charm, and it is so stiff 🙁 because this one is
from the US,it is very much a hassle to do the exchange, I’m wondering if this
is normal? will it soften over time? I will be very sad if it wont get better.
Please let me know any information you know about it, much appreciated.

    • SLA

I think I’m a size 17 cm. wrist as well (don’t remember exactly but salesgirl said I was about the size of a child’s wrist!) and the stiff bracelet definitely does loosen up over time. It used to be difficult for me to clasp the bracelet closed but now I do it with ease. I’ve noticed that it gets a bit snug as I add each charm over time, only to slowly loosen again. A bit annoying as I don’t like my bracelet dangling too low and now that I have two clips to distribute the weight, it’s not too bad.

      • Ms Qi

So we have a child’s wrist! so what ^_^ Thank you for your comment. How long did you wear your bracelet for it to loose up a bit @_@, I have to twist it to the right way to close it every time. I do have clips, and now I have 3 charms in the middle, 2 on the side, hopefully more to come soon 🙂

      • SLA

Hmmm, not exactly sure but maybe a couple of weeks? I used to have to turn it to the side as well…it was especially troublesome when I was in a hurry as I would try to quickly close it with one hand and always miss! 😀

    • Leann

Don’t worry, the bracelet will loosen up the more you wear it. If you’re careful you can bend it back and forth to accelerate the loosening. Hope that helps!

      • Ms Qi

Yes that helps! Thank you so much Leann 🙂

Leann, have you dabbled in Pandora watches? Do you know/have you heard if they’re good quality and worth the price tag? I’ve been eyeing the stainless steel gold-plated mother of pearl watch and since it’s a pretty penny, I want to ensure it’s worth the splurge! Tried googling for reviews on how Pandora watches compare to other similar brands (e.g., Michael Kors) but found nothing really. Such a GORGEOUS watch but waiting to do more research before I take the leap! A blog post would be helpful. Love reading your blog, although only for Pandora-related posts!

    • Leann

I’ve got several Pandora watches and they work great! Most of them have sapphire crystal faces with Swiss movement. Here’s my posts on watches: http://www.charmsaddict.com/category/pandora/watches-pandora/.

      • SLA

Thanks for the link Leann! Enjoyed all your past posts. If you (or any other charm addict for that matter!) have the Imagine stainless steel gold-plated mother of pearl watch in your collection, I’d love to hear how you enjoy it. Really wanna research this piece before deciding to take the plunge!

    • Leann

Lovely, please post a picture if you can! 🙂

  • Chantel

Hi, Leann. What’s that wide band ring with the cut-outs? Is it still available or is retired?

  • Chantel

    This one…

    • Leann

      Oh, that’s the Life’s Charmed Path, it’s retired :(.

  • Collette

where’s the video? I was so excited to see….
