We’re less than a week from the debut of the Pandora Essence Collection, a brand new bracelet concept from Pandora! I was lucky enough to attend the Launch Party on Saturday and today brings complete information regarding the materials of the charms and the cost. As stated before, these beads are between $30-$65USD and the main factor for the higher price point is the semi-precious gemstones that are used including natural and man-made types. The charms are listed in USD (for CAD prices add $5).
The Essence bracelet is thinner than the traditional Pandora chain and does not have threading; it will be $60USD and in 4 sizes – 17 cm, 18 cm, 19 cm, and 20 cm. Each bead has silicone around the core which allows them to stay where they’re placed. There are no restrictions on how many charms can be on the chain, but I think it looks best not completely filled. These beads are not compatible with the current collection and vice versa – it’s best to think of it as its own product line. The Pandora Essence Collection is set for worldwide release on November 4th and will only be available at Concept Stores until January 2014. This coincides with the start of the official campaign for the Pandora Winter 2013 Collection on the same day, so lots of exciting new things from this brand next week! Do you like the gemstones used? Are you surprised by anything? Did you budget for this collection?
