DutchBeadsNPoppers Poppers

dutchbeadsnpoppers-poppers-braceletAfter introducing one of my favorite artisan lampwork artists Evelien Pauw from DutchBeadsNPoppers and just a few of her amazing glass designs, this post features her other product – the Poppers and Poppers bracelet.  Similar to Noosa Amsterdam (if you’re familiar with that brand), the Poppers are like the Noosa chunks in that they’re colorful patterns encased in glass.  These use a snap button closure to secure to the bracelet, and are available in a wide range of prints and colors.  This is just a sample of the different Poppers that Evelien offers:

The leather bracelets for the Poppers are about an inch thick and feature 3 poppers on the front and double button closure on the back.  The sizes are from 16-16.5 cm to 20-20.5 cm, in a variety of colors like black, brown, white, etc.  Evelien takes custom orders so if there’s a size in a color that’s not listed, feel free to contact her to have it made.  There is also a great deal on these, if you buy 6 Poppers receive a bracelet free with the code: BRACELET4FREE.

dutchbeadsnpoppers10This style is most definitely bohemian chic and has a great organic aesthetic to them.  The Poppers are chunky and stand raised from the bracelet.  In addition to the glass buttons, there are also clay designs which do not have the glass overlay.  Evelien was kind enough to send me* two sets of 3 Poppers to get a feel for this modular concept, which is not something I have in my collection.   It’s great for stacking with more leathers and different textures as well!  The Poppers are a steal at $5.85 a piece and can be found on Evelien’s Etsy shop, DutchBeadsNPoppers.  Do you like this bracelet idea?

I bit! I love the Noosa idea, but it’s too pricey for me to justify. Yet….

Evelien’s creations are beautiful – can’t wait to see how they look. I have a feeling that my boho self will love them. And I’m already looking forward to next year’s RenFest; they’ll look amazing with a corset! 😉

I agree, they’re just as great as Noosa and will look great with other organic looks :).
