For the Fall 2014 (Season 3) Collection, Chamilia introduced a set of truly spectacular Halloween themed charms and I’m delighted to review them today. Halloween is just about a month away and I have been eager to share my enthusiasm for the holiday. I’m glad to see more brands producing designs fitting for the spooky festivities and it’s going to be a busy October for me as I try to showcase my new additions. This post will focus on the Love You to Death, LE Over the Moon, and LE Cat Eyes.
Since two of these charms are limited edition, I thought it would be important to offer this review sooner rather than later since Chamilia LE charms have a tendency to sell out quickly. The Cat Eyes charm is one of the only beads from the brand that is completely oxidized. It is the perfect finish because it features the bad omen of a black cat and really highlights the gorgeous black and mint Swarovski crystals. Cat Eyes is an apt name as the eyes on this cat fairly glows. Over the Moon is the other exclusive charm from this release and features a witch riding her broom with the crescent moon in the background. It is a high polish silver dangle and a fabulous piece for Halloween.
Love You to Death is part of the regular collection and is versatile past the holiday. The charm is gothic glam with heart-shaped eye sockets and Swarovski crystal teeth. I wasn’t sure whether to feature it as part of the Travel Collection charms or for Halloween, but since it was so close to October I opted for the latter. There are also matching earrings which are so adorable if you like this design.
Chamilia is offering a separate limited edition Halloween set this year called the Witchy Way Bead Gift Set for $89USD and includes the LE Over the Moon, Love You to Death, and a special black Murano with orange CZ that is not available separately. This brand is compatible with other bracelet brands including Pandora. These beads, including the gift set, can be purchased from Classic Beads or the main Chamilia website. I wanted to highlight my Halloween charms so I created a focal bangle to show these off. Are you excited for Halloween season? What do you think of these recent additions?
