Eligibility:
Sweepstakes are only available to U.S., U.K., Australian and Canadian Residents, unless otherwise prohibited by country or state law (void where prohibited) and must be 18 years or older to enter. If a Canadian resident wins a prize, that winner must also answer correctly within a 24-hour time period a mathematical skill-testing question without the benefit of any calculating devices before the prize will be awarded. The number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning.
How to win:
To enter, follow the instructions on the Rafflecopter widget, including, but not limited to, liking us on Facebook and/or following us on Twitter. Any verification information required to complete entry shall not to be deemed as consideration. Beginning and end date for the sweepstakes will be expressly outlined in the post announcing the sweepstake, which will close at 12:00 am EST of the deadline. Winner(s) will be determined by random selection of eligible entries administered by Rafflecopter after the sweepstakes have closed. In the event that the original winner(s) do not meet eligibility requirements or he/she forfeits the prize, the prize will be awarded to the next randomly drawn eligible participant. Once selected and notified the recipient will have 48 hours to respond before a new winner will be chosen.

The winner(s) will be determined based on the number of “votes” received; Charms Addict LLC will be abstaining from voting. In the event that the original winner(s) do not meet eligibility requirements or he/she forfeits the prize, the prize will be awarded to the next eligible participant with the highest votes. Winners will be announced following the close of the contest and will have 48 hours to contact Charms Addict LLC to receive their prize.

By participating in any sweepstakes or contests offered on the website, you release Charms Addict LLC, the sponsor of the sweepstakes/giveaway, and their affiliates, including Facebook, from any injury, loss, or damage caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, awarding, use and/or misuse of the prize, and you agree that these entities are in no way responsible and expressly waive any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the promotion and/or the awarding of any prize, or by the prize itself. The value of the prize will be stated in the post announcing the giveaway. The prize is non-transferable. There are no cash or other substitutes of prizes by the winner. All winner(s) are solely responsible for any and all taxes or fees as specified by law, and any additional costs that may be incurred. Charms Addict LLC reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value in the event the above prize is unavailable for any reason. The prize will be mailed to the winner’s physical mailing address; please allow six (6) to eight (8) weeks for delivery. The winner(s) expressly release Charms Addict LLC from liability resulting from nonreceipt of the prize once it leaves the possession of Charms Addict LLC; the website and the sponsor of the giveaway are not liable in the event the prize is mishandled by the postal service.
