All stock photography used is considered to be under the Fair Use Exception of the U.S. Copyright Act (17 USC §107), as they are widely available on the Internet, in the public domain, and the use is for news reporting and not commercial purposes. Compilation and manipulation of the stock photography by Charms Addict LLC is considered copyrighted by the site. Personal photographs taken by Charms Addict LLC is copyrighted and all photographs contained on the site shall not be reproduced or duplicated without attribution. Reproduction or duplication by vendors or third parties for commercial use will not be allowed except by express written consent.
Images are watermarked to protect from reproduction of the photos without attribution, including those provided to Charms Addict LLC by license. Removal of any watermarking is considered to be infringement of the copyright and copyright license owned by Charms Addict LLC pursuant to 17 USC §512(f), of the U.S. Copyright Act, and subjects the violator to civil penalties.
