Just when I’m getting excited about seeing the animal print Muranos in stores, the Best of British collection was just made available for sale on Perlen (where it’s a little after midnight on June 1st)! While it was expected that the 2012 Olympic medal would be an UK exclusive, it looks like the European market will have them as well; it’s still undetermined whether Australia will have this one.
I rushed to order my set before they sell out! Perlen had a batch of the red, white, and blue swirls Murano up for sale almost two months ago and they were sold out within hours. Well before I woke up for the day, so I’m extra happy that the wonderful gals at Perlen stayed up late and made these available for sale just after midnight Danish time (afternoon for me in the US).
The swirls Murano is $26, double decker bus is $46, and the Olympic medal is $26 (remember to sign in so that it takes off VAT); considering this is tax free and free shipping, it’s a great deal! In the UK, the prices are £30, £40, and £35 respectively. In case you can’t find them on Perlen, the Best of British collection is located under “Pandora Spring 2012″. I hope you can grab yours before they sell out!
Also, Perlen should have the animal print Muranos on June 12th – yay!

My last order from Perlen took 8 days – I’m in the Midwest.
It usually takes anywhere from 8-15 days for me (I’m on the West Coast).
My daughter just missed qualifying for the Olympic Trials. Hopefully these special beads will inspire her to hang in there and work harder for 2016! Thank you for the info so we could get her friends charms before they leave for London!!!
It is a great deal. I pre ordered and paid GBP prices, so I paid like 85.00 more then that.. Oh well, live and learn… I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to get my hands on them…

Has anyone seen the Gold Addition on the Perlen site? It is all by its self. Is it a Pandora piece?
No, it’s a add-on by the jeweler. Just like how I added the crown to the frog
. You would buy the crown and the charm separately, then specify in the notes section during checkout which charm you want to put have it put on (if you buy more than one charm).

Oh great, that’s very helpful to know!! Paid a bomb for the shipping but oh well! Have been kicking myself that I didn’t buy the medal with the bus while in the UK, so have just lumped the shipping to make sure I don’t miss out :-p

For Europe the prices include VAT, which we don’t have in the US.
