Pandora Cruise is almost here!

It seems like I’ve been anticipating the Pandora Unforgettable Cruise for months and months now and it’s finally almost here!  One week from today, my husband and I along with some lovely Pandoraholics will be sailing on the newly renovated Liberty of the Seas from Fort Lauderdale to Cozumel, Mexico.  I first found out about the cruise back in November 7th via the Pandora Club (yes, I’ve kept that email!) and I was dying to go.  With one thing or another, I thought logistics and cost would be too much to accommodate the trip but after ruminating about it for weeks and weeks, I knew I just had to do it!  I am so lucky to have such a supportive husband; he didn’t bat an eye and the so the trip was booked!

What's inside?!

In deciding whether to go on the trip or not, I was able to find out that we would be getting swag bags with all sorts of loot, including possibly a retired country-exclusive charm never available in the US.  Blue Primrose Path, anyone?!  Also, the shopping event in Cozumel will include a GWP.  This sealed the deal!  While there is only 4 days for the cruise, it is going to be jam-packed with activities.  I’m dying to know what we’ll be getting and what the shopping event will include!

As we got closer and closer to the cruise, we were given more details about what was in store for the participants.  We’re getting a nifty Pandora t-shirt (I hope mine fits), and the schedule includes a welcome get-together on the first night, private cocktail party on the second night, in-store shopping event on Cozumel for the third day, and a farewell cocktail party for the last night.  Also, included during the sailing days will be 4 workshops; the topics of which we just received last week.  Workshop 1: Storytelling (sharing our Pandora moments), Workshop 2: how to tie a lariat, Workshop 3: Pandora trivia, and Workshop 4: Pandora Q&A.  I’m really curious as to how these workshops will be run – I hope they’re giving out prizes!

In addition to these special Pandora events, the boat will include Encore! An Ice Spectacular, In the Air (aerial show), and Saturday Night Fever as entertainment.  We’ve got a dilemma for our day in port – we really want to do the Mayan ruins but that takes over 6 hours and we’d miss the Pandora shopping event completely…there goes that idea, lol.  I plan on blogging during the trip and keeping everyone updated on the happenings – I just hope the wifi is decent and reliable.  Look for those posts next week!

Aside from the great Pandora goodies we will be getting, my husband and I are really excited to be on vacation and take a break from our day jobs for a week.  The trip planners have been really wonderful as well – Shelly and Roberta Schwartz, they’re so fun and have made the process relatively painless (other than to our wallets, lol).  I’m ready for sun, sand, sleeping-in, and more Pandora!

Going on that ship in November! Have an incredible time and can’t wait to read your blogs!

  4. Don’t worry about shopping in Cozumel, Leann…you’ll make it in time to do both the tour (amazing) and the shopping (almost as amazing, or more so, depending on your point of view!)

Have a blast! I hope you can post the day by day events and pics!

Do you have any idea if there are shops in St. Thomas and St. Maartin currently that carry authentic Pandora charms? My family and I are cruising there (not the Pandora Cruise- would love to, but needed more kid and hubby friendly activities) in March and I would love to be able to pick up a couple of new beads, especially if they are not the US Pandora offerings…
    Thanks for the insight!

Hi Mary, I don’t know specifically, but you can locate it under the Store tab on Pandora.net. They are operated under Pandora North America, so there wouldn’t be any charms that the US doesn’t have. :(
