Floral Nostalgia hitting stores

The new collection has more than 60 charms/clips and rings being released!

There’s been a fluttering of news on the Pandora groups regarding rolling out the Floral Nostalgia Spring/Summer 2012 collection – some people have already gotten sneak peeks at the pieces! It had been confirmed by the Pandora admins on their Facebook page a while back that there was going to be a mother/daughter split dangle (like that of the “best friend” butterflies) but not much beyond that. Well, it looks like the dangles have red enamel in the middle! I’m planning on keeping both pieces together and buying my mom another one. This is not good for me, because I don’t have a red theme bracelet (I’m a stickler for color themes)…now that doesn’t mean I don’t have an idea for a red bracelet. Lol! I’d love to get the dog house with red enamel heart.

Lots of other new charms too!! Looks like there’s a new travel series – postcard and camera charm in addition to the plane and suitcase charms that Pandora already carries. A baseball charm to accompany the [American] football and the soccer ball [European football]. A red poppy (confirmed as a poppy! Title of charm is “red poppy with red enamel”) charm to go with the mother/daughter dangle. Some new clips, including a “PANDORA” engraved clip and a texture clip. Also, the pink enamel hearts (currently only the UK has this charm but the red, black, and metallic purple, as well as the white mother of pearl and black mother of pearl versions are available) and blue enamel hearts will be hitting the shelves in US! Woohoo! These are in addition to the charms already leaked by the photo-shoot video and jewelry expo pictures. Some other charms look like they will be made exclusively in silver, instead of their current two-tone or gold version (this should be a simple to manufacture since they already have the molds). Very impressive collection so far!

Of course I immediately called my local concept store and talked to my favorite saleslady who told me that contrary to the belief that Pandora was not rolling out the new collection until March (at the latest Mother’s day), they should be receiving the new collection within the next couple of weeks! Guess who’s going to go running to the store with her camera?! It’d be amazing if they could introduce the charms for the Valentine’s GWP!

A lovely lady took these pictures and gave me permission to post on my blog. Enjoy and let me know what you think in the comments!

I should sit tight until the new collection comes out. There are far too many charms that I like in this collection. I definately have my eye on the dragflower, camera and all of the dangles.

Leann, the dog house with the red enamel is gorgeous. I got one ofr Christmas for my holiday theme bracelet as our dog goes to the kennel when we travel on our annual holidays.

Yes! Now that there’s so many pretty red charms, I might have to add red to the list of future bracelets!

I heard that the new collection does not have a ton of new gold charms, maybe a handful? I haven’t come across any pictures yet, but will definitely post them if I see any!
